Port Eliza Lodge Spring Update!
Happy Mothers day to all of our subscribers and their mothers!
While preparations continue to get the Lodge ready for the season, we are unfortunately still waiting on word from the Canadian government on the status of the border. At this point they have made no comments on changing the status, nor any indication of when the border may re-open. This is very disappointing obviously, with most American guests already being fully vaccinated or at least will be by the dates of their trips. All we can do is monitor the situation at this point. If US guests need to make vacation plans and wish to move their trips to 2022 we can accommodate that now.
We will be open for Canadian guests in 2021 . We have delayed the opening to June 15th to allow local travel restrictions to expire. We have prime time space available for Bring Your Own Boat packages, as well as fully guided fishing trips. Contact Robert email@example.com or call 949-456-3791.
We are still booking US guests for July and August 2021, and are not taking deposits until we know the border status.
We still have limits of 4 Salmon per day (2 chinooks) at Port Eliza lodge, the Halibut maximum size was increased to 133cm (about 75 lbs) and Ling Cod limits were increased to 3 per day.
Hurry and book your 2021 West coast fishing adventure (or 2022)!
Stay healthy and tight lines!
